Floating above a stone forest, a complex angular form deconstructs the idea of a museum
Tapering columns of karst rock outcrops in Yunnan, southern China, characterize the site of the Mountain & Sea Art Museum in CuiFeng Eco-park. The building’s name refers to the mountain beyond it and the water below it, although the water is not sea but Lake Dianchi, where the city of Kunming has built up around its northern end.
